1. What areas do you cover?
We are based in Waltham Abbey and cover areas across
London, Essex, and Hertfordshire.

2. How do I book?
You can book directly through our website or contact us by phone/email to arrange your booking.
3. How much notice do I need to give?
We recommend booking early, but we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute bookings where possible.
4. What surface do you need to set up on?
We can set up on grass, artificial turf, or indoors. We use ground stakes for grass and sandbags/mats for other surfaces. Please let us know in advance.
5. What happens if it rains or is windy?
We cannot operate in heavy rain or winds over 24mph. You’ll be offered a reschedule or refund if we cancel due to weather.
6. How long do I get the hire for?
We do not have a set hire time. We’ll work around your event and delivery schedule. Let us know your preferred times when booking.
7. Do you have insurance?
Yes, we hold £1 million public liability insurance. Supervision is required at all times and is the Hirer’s responsibility. Our insurance does not cover misuse.
8. Do you stay and supervise the inflatable?
No, our hires are not staffed. You must supervise the inflatable at all times.
9. What are the rules for using the equipment?
- No shoes, food, or drink on inflatables
- No face paint, glitter, or silly string
- No pets or sharp objects
- Do not mix age groups
- Always supervise children
10. What happens if the equipment gets damaged?
You are responsible for any loss or damage during hire. Please report any issues right away. Cleaning or repair fees may apply.
11. Do you provide a generator if there’s no power?
Yes, we can supply a Petrol-Powered Generator at an additional cost. Please request this when booking if no plug socket is available.
12. Do you have a cleaning charge?
Yes. If the inflatable is found to be excessively dirty at the time of collection (e.g. mud, food, drink, glitter, face paint, silly string, etc.), a £20 cleaning fee will be applied.
This fee covers the extra time and materials needed to clean the equipment for safe future use.
