At R&F Party Hire, we want your party setup to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Delivery & Setup Times

1. We aim to deliver and set up your inflatable on the day of your event, usually within a specified time window agreed upon at booking.

2. Please allow 30–60 minutes for delivery and setup depending on the order size and location.

3. Our team will also arrange to collect the equipment promptly after your hire period ends.

Access Requirements

1. Clear and level access to the installation area.

2. The surface is suitable (grass, artificial turf, or indoors with adequate space).

3. Sufficient space for the inflatable and blower (we will advise on dimensions during booking).

4. If indoors, please inform us about any stairs or tight access points in advance.

Parking & Vehicle Access

• Please provide safe parking close to the setup area for our delivery vehicle.
  
  
• If parking is limited, please advise us beforehand so we can make arrangements to avoid delays.

Additional Charges

• Standard delivery within our core service areas is included in your hire price.
  
  
• Additional charges may apply for locations outside our usual delivery zones or difficult-to-access sites.
  
  
• We also offer petrol generators for hire if no power socket is available, which incurs an extra cost.

Important Notes

1. We recommend confirming your event details and delivery address at least 7 days before the hire date.

2. Our team will contact you on the day to confirm an estimated arrival time.

3. If you need to change your delivery time or location, please inform us as soon as possible.
